All the different strategies and techniques Vicki gave us will help with any stresses and anxiety we may have to deal with. The grounding techniques and mental exercises were very good. The deep relaxation was brilliant, I felt so relaxed and calm. All the techniques shown worked so well. I felt so relaxed and calm at the end of the session. I’m proud to have worked on well-being days for staff at Abbey Hill School & College, Stoke On Trent.
