About me

I’m Vicki Hawtin DipCBH, GQHP, BEd (Hons), HND and I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and The General Hypnotherapy Register. I trained with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, based in Harley Street, London.

I have worked with clients on many issues, including low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, phobias, pain control, confidence, public speaking, anger management and menopausal symptoms. I have created my own specially tailored hypnotherapy package specifically to target hot flushes associated with the menopause.

Following your initial consultation I will work individually with you to create a bespoke package that will address your individual needs.

I am also a qualified Special Education Needs Teacher, with over twenty years experience working with children and their families. This experience has enabled me to understand many of the pressures and strains of working life and family life on relationships and the individual. Working in education for so many years has also allowed me to see the struggle that many of us have with creating a work life balance and with finding the time, energy, and support we need in order to ensure optimum wellbeing. I will work with you to focus on your goals and reduce your anxieties.
