We are finally beginning to realise that mental health and wellbeing is important in every aspect of our lives. This includes the workplace. Relaxation and mindfulness sessions are an effective way to do this for your employees. I can provide group sessions (up to around 20 people per session), which focus on stress reducing tools and techniques which will calm busy minds and improve concentration, helping to improve productivity and wellness in your workplace. The sessions can be tailored to suit your workplace following an initial discussion.
